Forcing a computer to shutdown by holding down the power button until the computer shuts off, can corrupt data causing slow performance, blue screen, etc.

If some programs, such as Elluminate, are not running, please check the date and time on the computer.  Incorrect date and time settings can prevent certain programs and Windows Updates from running.

Please contact Dell for all hardware repairs on your LVS laptop.  Even if it's just a single key missing from the keyboard, call Dell and have them replace the keyboard.
